Pooja Sharma

Pooja Sharma is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various aspects of talent management and employee relations. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant and Lead Consultant at NamanHR since April 2023, Pooja drives end-to-end projects in areas such as learning and development, succession planning, and talent engagement. Prior to this role, Pooja was a Manager - HR Business Partner at NielsenIQ from May 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included business partnering, employee relations, and performance management. Pooja also held roles such as Senior Executive - HR Business Partner and Senior Associate Lead at Infosys, focusing on employee relations and compliance. Early career experience includes talent acquisition at Matrimony.com and a project internship at ABB. Pooja holds a PGDM in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from Bhilai Institute of Technology.
