Currently serving as the Head of Client Success Management & Strengths Practice Area, Shruti oversees operations, project management, and ensures client satisfaction through effective delivery and quality control. Previous positions include leading assessments and coaching, with responsibilities in project execution of psychometric assessments, behavior facilitation, and individual coaching. Prior to NamanHR, Shruti worked as an Associate Consultant at Naman Integrated Management Services Pvt. Ltd., an HR Officer at Trent Ltd., and as an HR Management Trainee at Velocity Express Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from D G Ruparel College.
