Clinton R. Armstrong Jr., PMP®, CSM®

Clinton R. Armstrong Jr., PMP®, CSM® has extensive work experience spanning over two decades in various roles within the United States Air Force, as well as in private sector companies such as GovCIO and Namauu Technological & Industrial (NTI). Their most recent position was as a Scrum Master at NTI, where they began in 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Project Coordinator at GovCIO from 2022 to 2023. During their time in the Air Force, they held positions such as Enlisted Leader, Manager of Plans & Projects for NATO Communication and Information Agency, Superintendent Cyber Operations, Operations Superintendent, Military Training Instructor, Cyber Operations Craftsman, and Information Management Journeyman, among others. Clinton R. began their career as a Basic Trainee in the 331st Training Squadron and served in multiple roles before retiring from the Air Force in 2022.

Clinton R. Armstrong Jr., PMP®, CSM®, holds a Master of Arts degree in Management-Organizational Leadership from American Military University, which they are currently pursuing and expected to obtain in 2023. Clinton R. also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the same institution, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they earned three Associate of Science degrees from Community College of the Air Force in Information Systems Technology, Information Management, and Instructor of Technology and Military Science. In addition to their formal education, Clinton holds various certifications including Professional Manager Certification (PMC) from Community College of the Air Force, CompTIA Security+ Certification and CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) from Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance respectively.
