Esra H.

Esra H. has over 10 years of experience in various HR and talent acquisition roles. Esra is currently the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Namecheap, Inc., a rapidly growing domain registrar. In this role, Esra oversees a global team and is responsible for talent acquisition strategy and execution.

Prior to joining Namecheap, Esra worked as the Global Head of Talent at CicekSepeti.com / Lolaflora.com, where they led the talent strategy and execution for the company's operations across multiple countries. Esra also played a key role in building the HR team, upgrading the HR tech stack, and re-launching the employer brand.

Before that, Esra held positions as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at d.ream and as a Senior HRBP & Talent Acquisition Partner at Turkcell. Esra also has experience as an HR Business Partner at Garanti BBVA Teknoloji and as an HR Consultant & Headhunter at Grafton Recruitment.

Esra started their career as an HR Generalist at TUPRAS. Throughout their career, Esra has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of success in talent acquisition and management.

Esra H. completed their high school education at Vefa High School from 1994 to 2001. Esra then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Studies at Sabanci University from 2001 to 2006. As part of their bachelor's program, they also attended Erasmus University Rotterdam for a short period in 2005. In 2011, Esra completed the ICF Accredited Certification Program in the Art & Science of Professional Coaching at Adler Central Europe.

In terms of additional certifications, Esra obtained a Professional Coaching Certification from Adler International Learning Central Europe in November 2011. Esra also earned certifications in Leadership in HR from Koç Holding A.Ş. in October 2009 and in Corporate Event Management from BÜYEM | Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Yaşamboyu Eğitim Merkezi in January 2009.
