Kankappa Mukanawar

Kankappa Mukanawar has a diverse work experience in the tech industry, starting in 2014. They began as a Technical Trainee and then progressed to become a Technical Administrator at Diya Systems. In this role, they trained and monitored the performance of online chat and ticket agents, as well as prepared performance reports. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Web Coach, where they continued to train and motivate agents. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Web Administrator - Level 2, handling escalated issues related to web servers, MySQL, email, FTP servers, PHP, backups, restores, SSL installation, and troubleshooting various website-related issues. In 2019, they became a Senior Web Administrator L3 at Diya Systems, working as both a Windows Administrator and a Security Administrator. Their responsibilities included addressing third-party abuse reports, conducting disk and malware audits on Linux servers, and monitoring server CPU usage. In 2022, they joined GlowTouch Technologies as a Team Manager. Currently, Kankappa is working as a Level III Support Engineer at NameHero since 2023.

Kankappa Mukanawar completed their Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karnataka Polytechnic Mangalore. Kankappa attended this institution from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their SSC degree from The New Educational Institute in Curchorem, Goa, where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
