Stockton Vander Werff has a diverse work experience. Stockton started as an Advertisement Specialist at Rocky Mountain Defenders in 2013, where they were responsible for compiling and distributing mailers. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. After that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Lids, handling retail sales and customer service. In 2019, they joined doTERRA International LLC as a Survey Specialist for the Brazilian market, providing top-level customer service and resolving concerns. In 2020, they became a Billing Assistant at M2 ANESTHESIA, ensuring accurate and timely Medicaid billing. In 2021, they pursued a Law degree at the University of North Dakota. Stockton gained further legal experience as a Law Student at the university in 2021. In 2022, they volunteered at the Great North Innocence Project and served as a Community Outreach/Moderator at Nametag. In 2023, they worked as a Law Clerk at SWANSON & WARCUP, LTD. and also became a Member of Dakota Venture Group, where they gained experience in venture capital and angel investing.

Stockton Vander Werff has pursued higher education with a focus on law and language studies. From 2018 to 2021, Vander Werff attended Utah Valley University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in University Studies, specializing in Portuguese Language and Literature. Currently, Vander Werff is enrolled at the University of North Dakota, pursuing a Doctor of Law - JD degree, which they expect to complete in 2023.
