Shikesho Lazarus

Shikesho Lazarus, FRM, currently serves as the Manager of Pension Funds and Friendly Societies at NAMFISA since July 2020, following a tenure as a Senior Financial Analyst at the same organization from September 2015 to July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority and Auditor at the Office of the Auditor-General. Shikesho Lazarus's professional background in finance extends to operations shared services with Standard Bank Group from October 2011 to February 2015. Educational qualifications include a Fintech and Regulatory Innovation certificate from Cambridge Judge Business School, a Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) certification from GARP, a Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management from the University of South Africa, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Namibia, and a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting and Finance from the Polytechnic of Namibia.
