Julie Nazerali is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in anti-trust law and corporate governance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at nami.ai since June 2021, Julie also holds the position of Expert Anti-Trust Council Member at Guidepoint and GLG, advising hedge funds and investment management firms on complex anti-trust cases globally. Julie is an active board member of the INSEAD Alumni Association Belgium, the Global Executive Committee of INSEAD Women in Business, and co-foundation president of the INSEAD Women in Business Club Belgium, where initiatives such as mentoring programs for women professionals are developed. Previously, Julie was the Managing Partner at DAC Beachcroft LLP and has held various legal roles, including a position at the European Parliament. Julie holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in European and Anti-Trust Law from the College of Europe.
