Sharanda Sipe

Sharanda Sipe is the founder of Intercoastal Healthcare Consulting, launched in 2019, driven by a passion for improving quality mental healthcare, particularly in substance abuse and behavioral health. With over 15 years of experience collaborating with stakeholders, Sharanda has held various roles, including Risk Management Coordinator at JFK Medical Center and Program Contract and Compliance Manager at Women In Distress of Broward County, Inc. Currently, Sharanda serves as a Committee Member at Polk Vision, Inc. and a Board Member at NAMI Florida. Sharanda holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a BS in Legal Studies from South University.
