Imed Allal, PhD, has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and automotive sectors. Imed is currently the Co-Founder & COO of Namla, a tech startup specializing in Cloud-Edge orchestration and SD-WAN. Prior to this, Dr. Allal worked at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi as a Product Owner Connectivity, where they were responsible for defining the roadmap of the Connected Car and Services platform. Imed also served as an IoT Solution Architect at Orange, where they provided technical expertise in the field of Internet of Things (IoT). Before that, Dr. Allal worked as an IoT Innovation Project Manager at NetSeenergy - Groupe EDF, focusing on developing IoT solutions to improve energy efficiency. Imed started their career at Orange Labs as an R&D Engineer, conducting research on energy efficiency in mobile networks, IoT, and 5G small cell networks. Dr. Allal also gained experience at Alcatel-Lucent, where they worked as a Process & Tools Engineer and Order Preparation and Scheduling Manager. Imed holds a PhD and has a strong background in network engineering and green communication issues.

Imed ALLAL, PhD, has a strong educational background in Telecoms Networks, Networks and Systems Engineering, and Computer Science. In 2005, they attended the National School of Computer Science in Algiers, Algeria, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering in 2010. Imed then pursued further studies and completed a Master's degree in Networks and Systems Engineering from the University of Versailles-Saint Quentin, Versailles, from 2010 to 2011. Building upon their previous education, Imed went on to Burgundy University, where they achieved their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Telecoms Networks between 2014 and 2017.
