Barbara Wight

Barbara Wight is currently a Board Director at NAMM. Barbara has held various management positions throughout their career, including General Manager at John Deere Water Technologies, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at T-Systems International, Inc, and Supervisor at Logan Throop & Company. Barbara began their career in 1978 as a Manager/Accountant in the Medical, Real Estate Development and Construction industry. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to successfully manage and grow businesses. Barbara is a proven leader with a track record of success.

Barbara Wight is a graduate fellow of leadership from the California Agricultural Leadership Program. Barbara also has an Executive MBA from San Diego State University. Lastly, they have a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude.
