Derek Gibbons is an experienced TV presenter and Audio Visual Technician with a diverse background in media and entertainment. Since April 2006, Derek has served as the Anchor TV Presenter for TJC (The Jewellery Channel) and has freelanced for JacobsMassey and NAMM, specializing in live sound mixing and AV production. Notable roles include presenting at multiple Ideal Home Shows, hosting the Super Theatre at the Scottish Event Campus, and delivering cybersecurity talks for Varonis at Infosecurity Europe. Additionally, Derek has experience as a freelance video editor and DVD author, and has acted in series such as Air Crash Confidential. Derek holds a BMus (Hons) and an MA in Music from Kingston University.
