John Carlisle

John Carlisle has extensive experience in educational leadership and teaching. Currently serving as Vice Principal at Nampa School District since June 2022, John previously held the position of Principal at Wilder School District from August 2017 to July 2022, where efforts focused on personalized learning and mastery-based education. John also brings valuable teaching experience from Selnate International School and Payson Jr. High School, specializing in language instruction and student mentorship. As the founder of Mentor+LLC, John developed an online mentoring platform aimed at empowering students globally. Additionally, John had leadership roles in HOBY Utah, where efforts included motivating youth and volunteers toward impactful leadership and service. John's academic credentials include a Master of Education from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Utah State University.
