Celestine Shivera

Celestine Shivera is a seasoned professional in transport management with extensive experience in fleet management and road transport inspection. Currently serving as the Principal Transport Officer at NamPower since October 2019, Shivera previously held various roles at the Roads Authority of Namibia, including Road Transport Inspector and Vehicle & Driver Examiner, from December 2010 to October 2019. Prior experience includes a position as a Traffic Officer with the Namibian Police from January 2007 to November 2010. Shivera's academic qualifications include an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Wits Business School, an MBA in Strategy from the University of Namibia, and a Btech in Road Transport Management from the University of Johannesburg, among other credentials.
