Reem Z.

Reem Z. has a diverse work experience in software quality assurance and testing. Reem started their career in 2005 as a Senior Quality Engineer at ITWorx. Reem then worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Software Test Lead and Manager from 2008 to 2011. Reem also held roles at Vodafone International Services as a VF DE Mobile Apps Test Manager and Vodafone UK Mobile Broadband Lead.

From 2012 to 2014, Reem worked at Esri Northeast Africa as the Products Quality Head. Reem then joined ITWorx again, where they served as a Software Test Senior Lead and Scrum Master. Reem further enhanced their skills at Talabat as a Software Test Head and Scrum Master.

Their most recent role is with Majid Al Futtaim since 2018, where they worked as a Software QA Engineer Senior Lead for Carrefour_ME, Africa, and Asia. Reem currently holds the position of Software Quality Assurance Head at Namshi.com, starting in 2021.

Reem Z. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired User Experience for Non-Designers from Majid Al Futtaim in December 2020. Before that, in November 2014, they completed the Managing Fashion and Luxury Companies certification through Coursera. In August 2014, they obtained the Agile Foundation certification from the Information Technology Industry Development Agency, ITIDA.
