Brian Lakin

Brian Lakin is a seasoned Project Manager with nearly 15 years of leadership and management experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Project Manager at Alutiiq General Contractors, LLC. since January 2018, Brian specializes in construction project management with a focus on mobilization, logistics, and planning for remote location projects. Previously, Brian held a Project Manager position at Nan, Inc. in Honolulu, HI, and served as a Senior Project Engineer at the same company. Earlier career experience includes working as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Processor at Ameriquest Mortgage Company from 2004 to 2007. Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and additional certifications, including Safety Trained Supervisor - Construction from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and Certified Construction Quality Control Manager from the Army Corps of Engineers.
