Ana Maghanoy-Bolanos has been working in the customer service industry since 2005. Ana began their career as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Advanced Contact Solutions, Inc., where they collaborated with training, client, and operations to maintain communication regarding CSA and program quality specifics. In 2008, they joined Convergys as a Customer Service Representative. In 2011, they became a Business Development Manager at First Take UK, a media skills training and media production company. In 2015, they accepted the role of Assistant Team Manager at Andrea Albright LLC., where they developed good customer relationships, participated in recruitment and dismissal processes, and smoothed out problems within the workplace. Most recently, in 2017, they became the Customer Service Team Lead at Nana Academy.

Ana Maghanoy-Bolanos completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from AMA University between 2019 and 2021.
