Vance Schaeffer is an experienced electrician with a strong background in electrical and instrumentation work across various industries, including construction, mining, and oil and gas. Currently employed at NANA Construction, LLC as an electrician since February 2020, Vance previously held roles as an electrical quality control specialist and E&I technician, showcasing expertise in compliance with regulatory standards. With additional experience as a lead electrician and industrial electrician at multiple companies, Vance has a proven track record in supervising teams, overseeing installations, maintenance, and commissioning, along with a commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship. Vance's career began after graduating from Kotzebue High School with a diploma in 1991.
