Ron Adams

Ron Adams has extensive experience in various roles focused on recruitment and management. Currently serving as the Lead Shareholder Recruiter at NANA Development Corporation since August 2000, Ron’s responsibilities include recruiting both shareholders and non-shareholders. Prior roles include Native Hire Coordinator for the Nana/Veco Joint Venture, where Ron was instrumental in recruiting and retaining Alaska Native hires, and Ramp Agent/Cargo Handler at Northern Air Cargo. Ron also worked as a Village Coordinator/Career Counselor at Maniilaq Alcoholism Program and served as Village Manager for Kivalina. Educationally, Ron holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Sheldon Jackson College, obtained between 1978 and 1980.
