Joe Masten

Joe Masten is an experienced security and operations professional currently serving as the Security Operations/Training Manager for NANA Management Services since December 2015, overseeing security for Alaska operations. As the CEO of Masten Machine & Plastics LLC since January 2010, Joe leads a plastic fabrication and design company and holds a patent for "LoadMaster" ammo carriers. Previous roles include Lieutenant at NMS Security, where Joe managed personnel for Shell Exploration and Petroleum Company, and Supervisor for Inter-Con Security Systems, overseeing federal security contracts. Joe also served as a Sergeant with the Anchorage Police for over two decades, supplemented by an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Wayland Baptist University.
