I am here to support you in cultivating more curiosity, joy, presence, empowerment, and truth-speaking in your relationships.

You understand that nurturing a positive relationship with yourself, others, body, mind, and spirit is important for a fulfilling life but you lack the support or the right tools to take them to the next level.

My coaching sessions are unique to each individual, bringing in tools from my background in Communications, lessons from my personal experiences, as well as spiritual practices.

You and I are alike. We are curious, seekers, explorers. We are kind, empathetic, caring. We get excited about learning new tools of growth and different ways of improving ourselves so that we can be better humans for others.

My goal is to support you in your growth through powerful questions in one-on-one conversations, in a safe non-judgemental space, guiding you to re-discover your authentic self and develop qualities to connect with your world more fully.

“I guide you to meet who you were before they told you who you were supposed to be.”
