Cerys Evans

Cerys Evans has a diverse background in human resources and has gained experience working for various companies. In 2015, they worked as an HR professional for Caerphilly County Borough Council. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Staffing Officer at Compass Group UK & Ireland, where they efficiently managed the allocation, booking, and payroll submissions for event staff. Cerys also undertook HR projects and administrative duties for the HR department during this time. In 2016, they joined B&Q as an HR Administrator, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they were employed at The Great British Valve Group as a Human Resources staff member. In 2019, they joined Orbis Education and Care and held roles as an HR Advisor from 2019 to 2021 and as an HR Business Partner from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Specialist at Nanalysis since July 2022.

Cerys Evans began their education at Tredegar Comprehensive School from 2007 to 2012. Cerys then attended Ebbw Vale Learning Zone from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a BTEC Level 3 Extended National Diploma in Uniform Public Services. Afterward, they enrolled at the University of South Wales from 2014 to 2017 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Public Services. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at the University of South Wales from 2017 to 2018.
