Steve McDowell

Steve McDowell is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in data center technology, product development, and strategic analysis. Currently serving as Chief Analyst and CEO at NAND Research, Steve previously held the position of Vice President and Principal Analyst at Moor Insights & Strategy, where expertise in technology and product strategy, competitive insights, and messaging strategy was applied. A co-founder and Chief Technical Officer at BLOBfish Activity Hub, Steve oversaw the development of SaaS analytics solutions. Further experience includes various engineering leadership roles at Nimble Storage, founder responsibilities at Tagaboom, and strategic innovation at AMD. Steve's technical background also encompasses roles at Fujitsu Softek, Penguin Computing, Network Engines, and NCR, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge across storage virtualization, cloud solutions, and engineering management.
