Terry Kong is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as General Manager Operations at Nando's Malaysia since March 2023, Terry previously held the position of National Operation Manager at KyoChon Sdn Bhd from September 2022 to February 2023. Additionally, Terry spent over 15 years at URBAN IDEA SDN BHD as Head Of Operations for SUBWAY, from April 2007 to September 2022. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, earned between May 2000 and May 2002.
