Ed Tollinton

Ed Tollinton is the current Chief Information Officer for Nando's Australia. Ed has over twenty years of experience in the IT field, working their way up from a Messaging WTEC Engineer for HP to their current position. At Coles, they were responsible for Information Technology supporting Supermarkets Operations, HR, Property, IT and Finance. Ed has also worked at The Reject Shop as their Chief Information Officer. Ed Tollinton is an expert in the field of IT and has transformed many businesses with their innovative ideas and technologies.

Ed Tollinton has a diverse educational background that includes a certification in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University, a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt from Hewlett-Packard, and a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute. Ed also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computing in Business from Huddersfeild University and a Master of Business and a Master of Commercial Law from Deakin University.

They are on a team with Simon Vincent - Chief Commercial Officer, Nando's Australia, Rachel McIver - Chief People & Culture Officer, Nando's Australia and New Zealand, and Kurt Whitlow - Chief Operations Officer, Nando's Australia and New Zealand.
