Simon Vincent is the Chief Commercial Officer at Nando's Australia & New Zealand. With a background in Supply Chain and Operations management, Simon has held leadership roles in companies such as Gartner, Supply Change, Foxtel, Olympus Australia and New Zealand, Orica, and Sealed Air Food Care. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from La Trobe University and has also completed certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Business Coaching.
