Chief Commercial Officer, Nando's Australia at Nando's

Simon Vincent is the current Chief Commercial Officer at Nando's Australia. Prior to this, they were a Leadership Partner at Gartner from December 2016 to November 2018, where they were responsible for enterprise supply chain in the Asia-Pacific region. From February 2015 to August 2016, they were the Director of Operational Planning at Foxtel, and was responsible for driving inventory reductions and designing and implementing the company's first S&OP process. From October 2012 to November 2016, Simon was also the Director of Supply Chain & Advisory at Supply Change - Coaching & Consulting. In this role, they provided coaching and advisory services to senior leaders. Prior to this, Simon was the Group Operations Manager at Olympus Australia and New Zealand from August 2010 to October 2013.

Simon Vincent has a Bachelor of Commerce from La Trobe University, a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from George Group, and a Diploma of Coaching from The Coaching Institute. Simon is also certified by About my Brain Institute as an i4 Practitioner Certification (Neuroscience Leader Profiling Tool) and Extended DISC as an Accredited Consultant & Trainer - Extended DISC.
