Amit Modi

Amit Modi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in CFO services and finance transformation. Currently serving as Partner for CFO Services & Finance Transformation at Nangianxt since August 2025, Amit previously held the position of CEO at CFO Bridge from September 2023 to August 2025, where a strategic investment was made in HyperStaq, a company founded by Amit. As the Founder & CEO of HyperStaq Automation from August 2021 to August 2025, Amit led a B2B tech venture specializing in automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence. Prior to this, Amit was a Partner at Practus from May 2013 to July 2021, and had significant roles at Zee Media Corporation Limited, Tata AIA Life Insurance, Aon, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, contributing to various finance and accounting functions. Amit holds a Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a CFA from the CFA Institute (USA), and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from R A Podar College of Commerce and Economics.
