Lihi Porat

Lihi Porat started their career at Log-On Software in 2014 as a Senior Recruiter and Team Leader, where they led a team of recruiters and managed the full-cycle recruiting process. In 2016, they moved to Check Point Software Technologies as an International Talent Recruitment specialist. In 2017, Lihi joined Mindspace.me as an HR Talent Acquisition professional, responsible for recruitment processes and strategies. Lihi later became an HRBP at Mindspace.me, taking on additional responsibilities such as leading HR activities, implementing OD processes, and acting as the primary point of contact for managers and employees. Lihi Porat currently holds the position of HR Manager at Nanit.

Lihi Porat earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Lihi then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at Bar-Ilan University, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016.
