Thomas X. Neenan is a seasoned biopharmaceutical executive with extensive experience in founding and leading companies focused on innovative therapies. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Nanite since July 2022, Neenan previously co-founded Panbela Therapeutics, where notable achievements included receiving FDA Fast Track Designation for its lead product targeting pancreatic cancer. Neenan also founded and led AbFero Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage company addressing iron overload diseases, and established Sideris Pharmaceuticals, focused on transfusion-related iron overload. Further roles include Chief Business Officer at the Medicinal Bioconvergence Research Institute and VP of Business Operations at Genzyme. Neenan holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Penn State University and completed post-doctoral research at Harvard University.
