I am a Norland Nanny and Maternity Nurse with two decades of experience traveling the world, working for celebrities and several royal families.

In 2021, I launched a multi-award-winning parent support app and consulting firm to provide families everywhere with access to the highest quality childcare expertise. The app now boasts over 40,000 subscribers.

In 2022, I founded Louenna's Nannies to train and place top-tier childcare professionals for families worldwide.

With a social media following of over 75,000 and the release of my first book, Your Baby’s First Year, my next step is to aid businesses in supporting the welfare of parents within their workforce by providing accessible tools to enhance their work-life balance.
