Christine is the Non-Voice Lead #2 at Nano Hearing Aids. Christine has previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica and Amazon. At Alorica, they were a Quality Associate and also coached a team of 20-25 call center representatives. At Amazon, they assisted approximately 60 customers daily regarding customers' orders, accounts, unknown charges, and general questions.

Christine's educational career includes completing an undergraduate degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Philippine Christian University.
