Ali Ahmadvand

Ali Ahmadvand is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at NanoAlvand Pharmaceutical Co. since November 2021. Previously, Ali held the same title at Farzanegan Group from December 2019 to May 2021, and accumulated extensive HR expertise during a long tenure at Meco, where roles included Human Resource Manager and Head of HR Development & Training. Ali's skills encompass talent acquisition, training, employee engagement, performance management, and strategic HR planning. Ali also possesses advanced knowledge in HR process design, implementation of HR strategies, and familiarization with various HR tools and methodologies, including SAP-HR. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Avicenna University.
