David Morin has over 25 years of professional experience in software engineering. David began their career in 1995 as a Programmer at Niche Software. In 1996, they moved to Daylight Software as a Software Engineer. In 2003, they became a Programmer/Consultant at Cyburt Software. In 2004, they joined SleepMed as a Senior Software Engineer, where they provided 2nd tier support for users of the software, built secure web sites and web services, and documented detailed software requirements and test plans for existing applications as required by the FDA. In 2013, they became a .NET Developer at Injured Workers Pharmacy, where they redesigned a utility that is used for configuring NCPDP payer sheets and built a utility for creating 837P files to be used for electronic billing. In 2014, they returned to SleepMed as a Principal Software Engineer, where they transitioned an existing system from using a secure FTP server for file storage and transfers to using Amazon S3, built window services, and managed outsourced projects to an India based team. In 2020, they joined both NanoDx and Digital Health Solutions as a Principal Software Engineer.

David Morin received their Associates degree in Computer Engineering Technology from NHTI, Concord's Community College in 1994. David then attended the University of New Hampshire from 1994 to 1996, graduating with a Bachelors in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Goffstown High School from 1988 to 1992.
