Jean-Luc Boulnois

With over 30 years of global leadership in the medical device industry, Dr. Boulnois has developed early-stage companies, participated in an Initial Public Offering, and led several mergers, acquisitions, licensing transactions, and financing rounds. His strong operational experience in multiple medical specialties (cardiovascular, general surgery, urology, neurosurgery) and deep relationships throughout the industry, enabled him to focus on managing high growth opportunities, through innovation, unique business models, international expansion, or strategic acquisitions.

Dr. Boulnois is President and CEO of Quadrature, a Boston-based strategic advisory firm for MedTech companies with a focus on early-stage and mid-market enterprises.

He was the former Chairman and CEO of Microline Surgical, Inc., a global company manufacturing and marketing minimally invasive electro-surgical instruments. He previously served as Venture Partner at Dover Medical Ventures, as Executive Director of New Technology at Arrow International, as President and CEO of Sometec, a cardiovascular company, and as President and COO of Technomed International Inc., a urology company.
