David is a true advocate for NZ tech businesses, offering a wealth of experience for the commercialisation of world-leading, breakthrough NZ technologies. David joined Movac in 2006 and has been a General Partner on its last three funds. His current directorships include NanoLayr, Mint Innovation, Coretex and Timely. Previously, David leads Movac’s investment into PowerByProxi through to its exit to Apple Inc in 2017. David started his career in software, worked as program director on enterprise solutions, then as a management consultant for Deloitte and, before joining Movac, co-founded 3 software companies.
