Isolda Casanova

Isolda Casanova is a Senior Researcher at the Josep Carreras Leukaemia Research Institute and serves as a Scientific Advisor at Nanoligent. Previously, Isolda worked as a Senior Researcher at IIB Sant Pau and led a research line focused on hematologic malignancies, where they developed novel nanomedicines. Isolda holds a PhD in Genetics from Universitat de Barcelona and has contributed significantly to various research projects in oncology and nanotoxicology. Their early career includes positions as a Predoctoral Student and Postdoctoral Researcher, where they focused on the antitumor effects of COX-2 inhibitors in multiple cancer types.
