Sheri Simmons

Sheri Simmons is currently the Vice President of Discovery at Seed Health, having previously held positions at Johnson & Johnson, Seres Therapeutics, Monsanto, Marine Biological Laboratory, UC Berkeley, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. With a background in Biological Oceanography, Sheri has extensive experience in microbial genomics, next-generation sequencing, and population genomic analysis methods. Their work has been focused on investigating microbial communities associated with plants and marine environments, resulting in numerous publications in prestigious journals.
