Gisela Sitbon has extensive experience in leadership and board governance within the biotechnology sector. Current positions include Chairwoman of the Board at Nanologica AB, Gradientech AB, and Emplicure AB (publ), as well as Board Member roles at Thioredoxin Systems AB and Uppsala universitet Invest AB. Gisela has a history of involvement with various organizations, including a prior role as Board Member for Encare and Annexin Pharmaceuticals. Gisela's educational background includes advanced degrees in Molecular Biology and Developmental Biology from Umeå University, Karolinska Institutet, and the University of Basel.
