Brendan Hynes

Brendan Hynes is a Mechanical Engineer II at Nanolumens, specializing in LED visualization solutions since July 2024. Previously, Brendan worked as a Design Engineer at Hillphoenix from December 2021 to July 2024 and as an Applications Engineer at OPW Engineered Systems from March 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included creating engineering drawings, collaborating with sales teams, and providing engineering support for loading arms. Brendan's career began as an Operations Engineer at North American Stainless, focusing on data analysis for manufacturing optimization, and previously completed an Engineering Co-Op at Marathon Equipment, gaining experience in creating and updating engineering drawings in various CAD software. In addition to engineering roles, Brendan has coaching experience with youth lacrosse programs and held an internship in document control at Southern Heat Exchanger. Brendan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama in 2019.
