We were incorporated in 2011 as a company limited by guarantee (CLBG) under the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MOSTI) to act as a business entity entrusted with nanotechnology commercialisation activities.

We are Malaysia's lead agency for Nanotechnology commercialisation and industrial development, our vision is to be a global leader in nanotechnology commercialisation. We are here to facilitate the adaptation of nanotechnology in industries, provide a profitable, and sustainable business development as well as championing technical leadership and creating true values.
