Alastair Fenwick

Alastair Fenwick has a diverse and extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Alastair started their career in 1986 as a Survey Manager at International Navigation Inc. Alastair then worked at Geco Geophysical Co. as a Geodesy Specialist from 1990 to 1991, followed by a role as a Navigation Supervisor at Geco-Prakla from 1991 to 1994. Alastair then moved on to Schlumberger Geco-Prakla, where they served as an Account Manager from 1994 to 1997.

In 1998, Alastair joined Geco-Prakla as an Exploration Services Manager for SE Asia, a position they held until 2001. From 2003 to 2004, they served as the VP of Operations at IAGC. Alastair then joined Schlumberger in 2004, where they held various roles including Marine Sales Manager, WW Sales and Marketing Manager for Electromagnetics, Acquisition Development Manager, Marine Operations Manager, and LAM Business Development Manager for Multiclient. Alastair worked at Schlumberger until 2016, gaining significant experience in seismic operations.

Following their time at Schlumberger, Alastair worked as an Independent Consultant at PetroMarker from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Sales Manager for Asia Pacific & Africa at Nanometrics Inc, a role they have held since July 2018. Alastair's work experience demonstrates their expertise and leadership in sales, business development, and operations within the oil and gas industry.

Alastair Fenwick pursued their education from 1979 to 1982, beginning their studies at the University of East London. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying and Mapping Science. Simultaneously, they also attended North East London Polytechnic and acquired another Bachelor of Science degree in Survey and Mapping Sciences.
