Bing Yang has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They began their career in 2009 as a Data Analyst at NEC (China) Co., Ltd., where they worked on debugging and analysis of a sensor location system, as well as improving the system's source code.

In 2010, Bing joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Software Engineer, a role they held until 2013. During this time, they gained experience in software development.

From 2013 to 2017, Bing pursued their Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science at the University of New Brunswick. Their research focused on multi-tier data synchronization and the multi-granularity locking scheme based on the Java packed object data model.
