Bing Yang

Bing Yang has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They began their career in 2009 as a Data Analyst at NEC (China) Co., Ltd., where they worked on debugging and analysis of a sensor location system, as well as improving the system's source code.

In 2010, Bing joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Software Engineer, a role they held until 2013. During this time, they gained experience in software development.

From 2013 to 2017, Bing pursued their Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science at the University of New Brunswick. Their research focused on multi-tier data synchronization and the multi-granularity locking scheme based on the Java packed object data model. They proposed and implemented different approaches to multi-tier data synchronization.

After completing their Ph.D., Bing worked as an Intermediate Software Developer at Butterfly Energy Systems from 2017 to 2018.

Currently, Bing is employed as a Software Developer at Nanometrics Seismic Monitoring Solutions, starting in September 2018.

Bing Yang pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Java Virtual Machine from the University of New Brunswick from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Beihang University between 2007 and 2010. Bing Yang's education journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jilin University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Bing also holds a Diploma of University Teaching from the University of New Brunswick; however, the specific month and year of its attainment are not provided.
