Evgeny Naumov

Evgeny Naumov has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and artificial intelligence. Starting from 2012, they worked as a Junior Researcher at Nanometrics - Seismic Monitoring Solutions, where they tested seismic software and hardware, analyzed seismic data, and developed seismic analysis software. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an AI Researcher at Delve Labs. In 2018, they moved on to Calcul Québec, where they worked as a Senior Analyst for Artificial Intelligence, consulting researchers on machine learning methods, assisting with algorithm development and optimization, and teaching machine learning. In 2020, they joined Elevate Security as a Programmer, where they designed and visualized an algorithm for assigning security performance scores and developed a Bayesian model to analyze employee security decisions. Currently, since 2021, they are working as a Senior Software Developer at Nanometrics Inc, developing and maintaining software for seismological data processing.

Evgeny Naumov's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Mathematical Physics, completed at the University of Waterloo from 2010 to 2015. During this time, they participated in the Co-operative Program. Later on, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning at McGill University.
