Ian Talbot

Ian Talbot has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. From 1994 to 1996, they worked as the Head of Department: Business Studies at the KwaZulu-Natal Education Department. Following that, they joined BoE Corporate Bank as the Manager of Strategic Finance, where they provided a range of corporate and investment banking services. In 2001, they transitioned to Canadian Blood Services, taking on the role of Director of Financial Operations. During their time there, they oversaw various aspects of the organization's work, including managing the national public umbilical cord blood bank and leading research efforts in transfusion and transplantation medicine. Since 2006, Ian has been the CEO of Nanometrics Seismic Monitoring Solutions, a globally recognized company specializing in monitoring solutions and equipment for seismic events. Additionally, they previously held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Operations, and Company Secretary at Nanometrics.
