Lavanya Vaddi started their work experience in 2018 as an Associate Software Engineer at Mphasis. lavanya worked in this role from October 2018 to December 2019. In 2021, they joined Sutherland as a Gaming Support Specialist, where they worked from August 2021 to January 2022. Currently, they are working as a Network Operations Analyst at Nanometrics Inc, starting in January 2022.

Lavanya Vaddi obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems and Security from Concordia University of Edmonton, studying from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sree Vidyaniketan, studying from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their academic degrees, Lavanya has obtained several certifications. lavanya completed the "Cybersecurity at Work" course from LinkedIn in May 2022, the "Git Essential Training: The Basics" course from LinkedIn in March 2022, the "Learning Java" course from LinkedIn in October 2021, and the "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" course from Coursera in July 2021. lavanya also completed the "Python Data Structures" course from Coursera in July 2021. Moreover, Lavanya obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2021.
