Mihir Tathavadekar

Mihir Tathavadekar has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mihir currently serves as a Software Development Manager at Nanometrics Inc, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to this, Mihir held various roles at Cornerstone OnDemand, starting as a Lead Software Developer in May 2020. Mihir later became a Principal Software Developer in March 2022, where they coached scrum teams, led software design and development, and mentored new hires. Before joining Cornerstone OnDemand, Mihir worked at Saba Software for several years. Mihir began as a Software Engineer in October 2014 and progressed to roles such as Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, and Senior Software Developer. During their time at Saba Software, Mihir demonstrated their expertise as a Scrum Master, application development lead, and trainer. Mihir also played a role in campus placements by conducting interviews. Mihir started their professional career as a Software Trainee at Zensar Technologies in October 2012. Mihir later became a Software Engineer, contributing to projects involving web services and mobile app development. Additionally, Mihir served as a Project Intern at Zensar Technologies from August 2011 to April 2012.

Mihir Tathavadekar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from P.E.S. Modern College of Engineering, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. These certifications include Open Water Diver from PADI in February 2016, Oracle Certified Professional in Java EE 5 Web Component Developer from Oracle in September 2012, Oracle Certified Professional in Java SE 6 Programmer from Oracle in June 2012, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2021, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from Scrum Alliance in May 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2021, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2020.
