Richard Rousselle, CPA, CA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Richard started their career at Welch LLP as an Auditor/Accountant, gaining significant audit experience with large public sector entities. During this time, they also had the opportunity to design and implement an audit for a joint venture between several municipalities. In 2007, they joined Nortel Networks as an R&D Control Prime, responsible for coordinating and supporting R&D planning cycles and reconciling expenditures. In 2010, they joined Ciena as a Senior Financial Analyst before moving on to Nanometrics Seismic Monitoring Solutions in 2012. At Nanometrics, they initially worked as a Senior Controller before being promoted to Director of Finance in May 2018.
