Yoana Dvorzsak

Yoana Dvorzsak has a diverse work experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Yoana started their career in 2008 as an R&D Formulation chemist at Alberto Culver, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined H2O Plus as a Formulation Chemist and contributed to the company until 2015.

Afterward, Yoana took on the role of Senior Scientist at Solésence in 2016. Yoana quickly advanced to become the Director of Product & Component Development. Currently, Yoana holds the position of Managing Director at Solésence, a role they started in 2022.

Additionally, Yoana has held the position of Managing Director at Nanophase Technologies since 2022.

Yoana Dvorzsak obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Dominican University from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Roosevelt University.
