Sukanya BM has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sukanya began their career as a Client Manager at Syncionn LLC in 2018, where they led a talent acquisition and admin team and was responsible for hiring individuals with specific skills in ERP, C#.NET, and ASP.NET. In 2020, Sukanya joined Raithu Agrolive Stock and Farms Private Limited as a Human Resources Recruiter, where they identified, recruited, screened, and presented candidates for technology positions. Sukanya collaborated with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements and conducted interviews using various methods. In 2022, Sukanya worked as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at IDC Global Pvt Ltd. Sukanya then moved on to Nanoprecise Sci Corp in 2023, where they currently hold the position of HR Operations Executive.

Sukanya BM completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from T.John Institute Of Management and Science, studying from 2013 to 2016. Sukanya then pursued a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from National College in Jayanagar, Bangalore, where they studied from 2016 to 2018.
