Ben Garland

Ben Garland is the SEM Business Unit Manager, Account Manager, West Coast USA, and SEM Group at Nanoscience Instruments. Ben has held this position since October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Account Manager at KLA from June 2017 to October 2021. Before that, they were the Sales Director at Zeta Instruments, a KLA Company from November 2009 to June 2017. Garland began their career as a Sales Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific in June 1990 and remained there until November 2009.

Ben Garland completed their BS in Chemistry with a Minor in Physics from Idaho State University and then went on to complete their MS in Chemistry from the University of Utah.
